♦Announcing New Leadership♦

Exchange Analytics, a leading provider of regulatory compliance training and support services, welcomes Joe Adamczyk as its new president. Mr. Adamczyk assumes company leadership from Larry Israel, who co-founded the firm in 1993 and has lead it ever since.

As President, Mr. Adamczyk is responsible for overseeing Exchange Analytics’ operations and strategic direction. He previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Options Clearing Corporation, one of eight Systemically Important Financial Market Utilities designated by the U.S. Financial Stability Oversight Council. While advising the board and interacting with regulators, Mr. Adamczyk was instrumental in establishing OCC’s risk-based compliance program and legal framework.

Before joining OCC, Mr. Adamczyk worked at CME Group as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel overseeing non-U.S. legal staff. In that role, he interacted with regulators and other authorities from around the world on an array of operational, cyber and technology risk requirements, incident responses and examinations.

Mr. Adamczyk also served as the Global Head of Investigations and Enforcement in CME’s Market Regulation department. His teams were responsible for monitoring, investigating and enforcing the CME Group exchanges’ trade practice rules and other requirements. Mr. Adamczyk oversaw and presented matters before exchange disciplinary committees, as well as coordinated investigation activities with regulatory agencies and law enforcement. Following the 2007-08 global financial crisis, he helped author new rules on noncompetitive trading (e.g., spoofing) and other requirements.
Mr. Adamczyk began his career litigating antitrust and securities cases for the law firms of Freeman, Freeman & Salzman and Jenner & Block. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago, law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and undergraduate degree from DePaul University.

“For me, this is a perfect fit,” Mr. Adamczyk said. “I’ll be leveraging my experience to introduce the Exchange Analytics brand to new markets while working to expand the current portfolio of world-class training courses and regulatory compliance support services.”

“Given his extensive background, I believe Joe is the ideal person to help us tap into new markets and identify new opportunities,” Mr. Israel said. “I look forward to working closely with Joe to continue the Exchange Analytics tradition of delivering best-in-class training and regulatory compliance support services.”
