Megan Conley

Operations and Course Development

Ms. Conley has served as Head of Operations and Course Development of Exchange Analytics since 2020. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s client relations team, risk management, and course development. She is also responsible for global business development and contract negotiations.

She brings over ten years of experience in the derivatives industry, where she has held a variety of regulatory positions. Previously she worked in CME Group’s Washington, DC office, where she was responsible for advising on regulatory and legislative developments impacting the derivatives industry. Ms. Conley also spent time working in London on CME Group’s integration with NEX and Brexit contingency planning. She began her career in Chicago as an investigator in CME Group’s Market Regulation Department, where she specialized in money pass investigations and conducted various trade practice program reviews.

Ms. Conley sits on the National Futures Association’s Hearing Committee and is listed on their arbitrator roster.

Outside of Exchange Analytics, Ms. Conley is involved in many aspects of kidney cancer advocacy as a kidney cancer survivor. She is passionate about participatory medicine and patient education and empowerment. She serves as a board member at the Judy Nicholson Kidney Cancer Foundation and works with the Kidney Cancer Association, KidneyCan, National Kidney Foundation, and the International Kidney Cancer Coalition. She has also served as a consumer board member within the Department of Defense’s Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology & investigations, a minor in philosophy from West Virginia University, and a law degree from Western Michigan University. She also obtained a certificate in forensic accounting from Northwestern University. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
