Exchange Analytics, a leading provider of regulatory compliance training and support services, is pleased to announce that Megan Conley has joined the company as Head of Operations and Course Development. Ms. Conley previously worked in CME Group’s Washington, D.C. office, where she was responsible for advising on regulatory and legislative developments impacting the derivatives industry. She also spent time working in London on CME Group’s integration with the NEX Group and Brexit contingency planning.
Ms. Conley began her career in Chicago working in CME Group’s Market Regulation Department, specializing in moneypass investigations and analyzing trading activity on CME group markets. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
Ms. Conley will oversee daily operations at Exchange Analytics. She will also play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure Exchange Analytics continues to deliver best-in-class compliance training and regulatory solutions. Ms. Conley will lead efforts to produce new compliance training courses, and will advise on legislative and regulatory developments impacting the futures, securities and derivatives markets globally.
Exchange Analytics recently changed leadership as Joe Adamczyk assumed ownership in May 2020, following more than 25 years under the direction of previous owner Larry Israel.
