Technical FAQs
How do I order a course?
INDIVIDUAL
If you are ordering as an individual and need to pay by credit card, you can create an account by clicking the ORDER button at the top right of the homepage and then click REGISTER, or simply LOGIN (if you are an existing user). Once logged in, you may go to COURSE CATALOG and choose your desired course for purchase.
GROUP OR COMPANY
If you are registering on behalf of multiple individuals, you can email orders@xanalytics.com. Include information on how many individuals will be enrolled and the desired course(s) in the email. Customer Support will then send an Order Form to fill out with more detailed information.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, visit the XA learning platform by selecting the Login button above. Then select the ‘Forgot login details’ below the Sign In button. A reset link will be sent to your email.
How do I login to my account?
Select the LOGIN button on the top right corner of our homepage and enter your company email as the USERNAME, and then enter your PASSWORD. If you do not remember your password select the ‘Forgot login details’ below the Sign In button. A reset link will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your junk email, as sometimes the XA learning platform emails are blocked by spam filters. If you still do not see an email with a reset link, please email techsupport@xanalytics.com so we can assist further.
What if I forgot my username?
Your USERNAME is your email address. If you do not remember the email that you registered, please email techsupport@xanalytics.com and we will assist.
Can I take a course on my phone or tablet?
Courses can be accessed with a phone, tablet or just about any other device with a web browser and a reliable internet connection.
Can I leave and return to a course once it has been started?
Yes, the XA learning platform saves your place whenever you pause or exit a course. Once you are ready to return, simply log back into the XA learning platform and select the course. You will be taken to the place where you left off – even if you return on a different device!
How can I get a copy of my course completion certificate?
Access your XA account by selecting the blue Login button at the top right of the home page. Once logged in, a list of completed courses will appear. Select the certificate icon next to each completed course to download a copy of your certificate. If you have trouble downloading your certificate or need assistance, please email info@xanalytics.com.

Which courses do I need to take?
XA has a comprehensive list of courses that satisfy regulatory compliance training requirements for the U.S. futures, securities and residential mortgage loan origination markets. We also offer a number of recommended best practice courses for these markets. Select this link to view course options listed by registration type.

When am I due for training?
Training due dates vary by course:
- Initial Futures Ethics – within 6 months of registration with the NFA
- Periodic Futures Ethics – within 3 years from the date of your last Ethics course
- AML for FCMs, IBs, BDs, RIAs – required annually (every 12 months)
- AML for RMLOs – required annually (every 12 months)
- Cybersecurity – required annually (every 12 months)
- Customer Protection Rule – required annually (every 12 months)
- Regulation Best Interest (RegBI) – determined by firm (XA clients typically take every 2-3 yrs)
- Identity Theft Prevention – determined by firm (XA clients typically take every 2-3 yrs)
- Market Conduct – determined by firm (XA clients typically take every 2-3 yrs)
- Noncompetitive Trading – determined by firm (XA clients typically take every 2-3 yrs)
- Security-Based Swap Dealer – determined by firm (XA clients typically take every 2-3 yrs)
- Swap Dealer – within 3 years from the date of your last Ethics course
